Side A: Lion-headed figure standing to the front, wearing a tunic and a mantle, his head surrounded with a nimbus and thirteen rays. There is a whip in his raised right hand and a globus in his left hand, held in front of his body.
Side B: Greek inscription around the edge in two lines: ζεθαφοβετωρθροψμεωμιθρορον|φαωχι → variant of the ζεθ αφοβε-logos.
