Side A: Indistinct figure surrounded with Greek letters and characteres: character, ωβαρρλβαω, character, βλλλ. Letters also beside the figure; on the left: χRχ, on the right: σμχ.
Side B: Offering scene with seven female figures standing around an altar with wreaths in their hands. The central figure holds a patera and pours liquid onto an altar. Unfinished inscription below the scene: ν ηε | ν.
