Circular lead medallion, cast, with heavily worn surface. Intact.

Side A: Crudely executed image of the Holy Rider with a spear in his right hand; no traces of his usual victim, the female demon.
Side B: Greek inscription in five lines: ..|[σ]αβαω|αωα|γαβριηλ|μιχαηλ|ρουφαηλ → Σαβαώ<θ>, Ἰάω(?), Γαβριήλ, Μιχαήλ, Οὐριήλ. 'Sabaoth, Iao(?), Gabriel, Michael, Ouriel.' Beneath, an oblong shape, possibly an animal (lion?).
