Milky gray chalcedony gem, upright oval on side A, transverse oval on side B, both convex, lentoid. (Shape 1). Minor chip at the edge, otherwise intact.

Side A: Lion-headed Chnoubis in profile to the left, its head crowned with twelve rays. Greek inscription on the left around the figure, from bottom to top: χνουμισ → Χνουμίς.
Side B: Chnoubis-sign.
