Rectangular steatite pendant; lightly polished. Pierced lengthwise. Small chips on the edges, otherwise intact.
Side A: Cock-headed Anguipes to front, in armour, head in profile to the left, arms extended to the sides.
Side B: ιαω → Ἰάω.
Side C: Ouroboros, head at top to right, enclosing a crossed zeta.
Side D: Figure (divine statue?) with modius? on the head; standing on a rectangular object with vertical notches, probably a base. Across the figure's body, horizontal notches likely indicate clothing.
