Green and red jasper (heliotrope). Upright oval, side A slightly convex, side B flat. Right side of the obverse broken off.

Side A: Frontal view of a cock-headed Anguipes in armour, head to right. There is a whip in the raised right hand, and a shield, half hidden behind the figure and inscribed with ια|ω → Ἰάω. in the left hand.
Side B: Plain.
