Sardonyx gem in five layers. Transverse oval. Flat on both sides; back and bevel polished. (Shape 8c–9c). Intact.

Side A: Plain.
Side B: On a baseline, a bull in profile to the left; in front of its forelegs, a scorpion; above the animal, an eight-rayed star. In the free field: ιαω → Ἰάω.
