Dark gray haematite gem; upright oval, both sides flat.  (Shape 8–9). Chipped at the edges, with traces of filing (?).

Side A: Lion-headed Anguipes wearing armour and mantle, head encircled with rays (five visible). There is a rectangular shield in his left hand, and a whip in his raised right hand. Swastika in the free field on the left.
Side B: Four lines of Greek inscription: στ|ομ|αχ|ου → στομάχου 'For the stomach.'
