Dark gray haematite; side A upright oblong, side B transverse oblong, both faces flat. (Shape 8–9). The edge shows traces of filing.

Side A: Enthroned Zeus-Sarapis to left. The figure wears a tunic and a mantle, he is crowned with the modius, holds a tall scepter in his left hand, the right hand is stretched forward.
Side B: Two lines of Greek inscription: καταβα|λοβευ → unidentified voces.
