Green plasma with black spots. Side A upright oval, side B transverse oval, both faces convex, lentoid  (Shape 1). Intact.

Side A: Lion-headed Chnoubis, the head encircled with seven rays, to left. Chnoubis-sign on the right. To the left of the figure, Greek inscription running from top to bottom: χνουβι → Χνουβί.
Side B: One line of Greek letters and characteres.
