Translucent aquamarine gem, side A upright oval, side B transverse oval, both faces convex, lentoid. (Shape 1). Small chip at the edge. From Smyrna.
Side A: Enthroned jackal-headed figure wearing a kilt, seated in profile to the right.
Side B: On a baseline, copulating boar and sow, shown in profile to left. Greek inscription around the scene, from left to right: ιωηαιωωιαιαω → vocales.
