Lapis lazuli seal matrix profiled in the shape of two female busts facing opposite one another. Pierced through horizontally at the top for suspension. From Smyrna.

The seal is inscribed with a Greek inscription arranged in a spiral: σαραεπινικα → Σαρά<πις> ἐπινικᾷ (?) or Σαρά{ε}πι<ς> νικᾷ, 'Sarapis conquers.' Two letters in the centre: αυ (?).
