Gem design: Anguipes (A) Greek inscription (B–C)
Both faces of the represented gemstone are upright oval and flat. "Heliotrope."
Side A: Cock-headed Anguipes in tunic and mantle, seen from the front, head turned to the left. The figure's right hand is hidden behind an oval shield, which bears the letters ι|αω → Ἰάω clockwise from the top. There is a whip in the raised left hand. Below the figure: letters and characteres.
Side B: Greek inscription in nine lines: letters and characteres, beginning with δκρ|δσαξ for Ἀβρασάξ.
Side C: Inscribed around the edge: letters and characteres.
