Red and green jasper (heliotrope). Transverse oval, both sides flat (Shape 8–9). Intact, save for minor chips at the lower edge. Mounted in a modern gilded setting.
Side A: Figure of a cock-headed Anguipes in armour. There is a shield in the figure's left hand, half hidden behind his body and inscribed with the word ιαω → Ἰάω. He holds a whip in his raised right hand. Greek inscription in the free field on both sides of the figure; on the left: υυυ|υωω|επου|θου → vocales and unidentified voces; on the right: εειηη|ωιηη|ιη|χα|μ|φ|υ → vocales and unidentified voces.
Side B: Five lines of Greek inscription: λαζον|μεεπουθ|οχαμιιιιη|ιηιηιιιιαη|αηαη → unidentified voces and vocales.
