Blue onyx gem mounted in a post-antique (18th-century) ring.

Side A: Lizard crawling upwards to the top, its long tail and four outstretched limbs visible from above. Around the animal, Latin inscription starting at top right, next to the lizard's head: → lumina restituta.  'Vision restituted'.
Side B: Hidden.
