Yellowish green prase, upright oval, both faces convex. (Shape 4). Intact.
Side A: The lion-headed Chnoubis, to left, head surrounded with seven rays.
Side B: Chnoubis-sign with Greek inscription around, starting clockwise at the top: χνουβισναβισβιενυθ → Χνουβίς, variant of νααβις βιενουθ.
