Moss agate gem; upright oval, side A convex, side B plain, edge bevelled toward the back. Damaged.

Side A: Lion-headed Chnoubis, to right, nimbate head surrounded with seven double rays.
Side B: Undecorated.
Side C: Inscription around the edge: χνουβισ → Χνουβίς.
