Brownish-green moss agate with a bluish-white chalcedony layer inside. Upright oval, convex on both sides, lentoid. (Shape 1). Intact.
Side A: Lion-headed Chnoubis in profile to left, head surrounded with twelve rays.
Side B: Chnoubis sign at the top. Inscription in four lines: αγωσαρ|φονχ|νου|φισ → voces including part of αρπονχνουφι-logos.
