Both sides flat and upright, octagonal. Black opaque schist, intact.
Side A: Frontal view of a cock-headed Anguipes in armour, head to right. Right hand raised and holding a whip, his mantle rolled up on his right arm, left arm visible, the hand holding a round shield. The snake-legs end in arrow-heads.
Side B: Zeus-Sarapis seated in profile to right on a throne. He is crowned with the modius and wears a mantle on his legs. Right hand raised and leaning on a tall sceptre, left hand holding a Victoroila (?). An eagle perches at the foot of the deity.
