Upright oval, side A convex, side B flat.  (Shape 2). Dark brown sard, both faces polished, without damage.

Side A: Jackal-headed figure (Hermanubis) standing to left, wearing a long robe and mantle. The figure holds a palm branch in his right hand, and a caduceus and an ear of grain in his left. There is a sistrum below the left arm and a goat-headed cornucopia in the free field on the right.
Side B: Plain.
