Light yellow chalcedony gem; side A upright oval and convex, side B transverse oval and flat.  (Shape 6). Intact.

Side A: Lion-headed Chnoubis to left, with seven rays around the head.
Side B: Chnoubis-sign in the centre, Greek inscription below: χνουμισ → Χνουμίς.
